Crystal Finishing Systems is located in River Falls Wisconsin. Crystal Finishing predominately powder coats and paints a huge variety or products. They prepare and powder coat all types of parts from Home Siding and Window trim for homes, to parts for atv’s & Motor cycle, light fixtures you name it. In the last year Crystal has expanded its manufacturing both in amount & type of parts and its plant physical size. They have added multiple new lines, added new shifts and are manufacturing more parts than ever.
Hudson Staffing supplies a very large portion of Crystal Finishing’s general Labor. Crystal Finishing can offer more than just a weekly pay check, they prefer to train and promote from within! A laborer who excels can work his way up the ladder to become a lead in the powder coating department. Hard work is rewarded by Crystal’s management team! Most of our employee’s begin working in the parts washing area or on the assembly line and work their way into a career. They will be assisting in washing, drying, wracking and un-wracking the various parts throughout the process.
