Whether you’re looking for part-time seasonal employment during an off-season, or you’re seeking a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity, our process all starts the same. If you are interested in working with Hudson Staffing and our amazing clients, the first step is to fill out an application!
Our application is available at either of our office locations, or online. When you stop in to see us, you’ll be greeted by a friendly face. Our recruiters are here to help! During the application process, you’ll provide your work history, availability, and other information that helps us get to know you best. Once you’ve completed the paperwork, our staff will conduct a short interview to get to know you better. We will go over what you are interested in doing, what hours you can work, what pay rate you are looking for, and the experience that you have. We make it a point to really get familiar with your skills and what you are looking for in a position.

After meeting with us, we will go over any jobs that you are qualified for, that fit within what you are looking to do. We work with a variety of clients in the area from administrative to manufacturing. Each day we have different positions open. Our industry is very fast paced so if we don’t have something that interests you that day, we might the next!
If we do have a position that sounds like a great fit for you, we go over the ins and outs of the position and talk about how we can get you started. Some clients require a resume and interview, others require minimal screening and can get you started the next day.

Our goal at the end of the day is to establish great relationships between our employees and client companies. Many of our clients are seeking workers who are dedicated, hard-working, and genuine to bring onto their team. Usually after a period of roughly 3 months, our clients have the opportunity to hire you directly! Although we will miss you as a Hudson Staffing employee, it feels good when we do our job.
